Natasha Benjamin | Award Finalist

Natasha Benjamin is an author, blogger and inspirational writer who single-handily founded and created Free Your Mind in 2013. Natasha works tirelessly to raise the issue and awareness of Mental illness and Childhood Domestic Violence.

Natasha brings: 10 years of experience in marketing and communications; an Honours Degree in Media, Communication and Culture; her ongoing training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and her personal experience of mental illness Childhood domestic violence and recovery – along with her imagination and infectious passion for healing. Rethink Mental illness refer to her as an expert by experience. Natasha has also recently been appointed to 2 committees – one for Rethink and and has just been elected Council Governor for North East London’s NHS Foundation Trust. In 2013 Natasha was nominated for an Inspirational Woman of The Year Award by national newspaper The Daily Mail in 2013 and in 2014 for Motivational and Inspirational Business Woman of The Year at the Ebony Business Recognition (EBR) Awards and most recently nominated at a Positive role model at the National Diversity Awards.
